In the process of building quality lines of healthy animals with desirable personality traits and temperament, we occasionally breed our top Cocker Spaniel moms with selected Cocker Spaniel studs with the intention of keeping puppies to be raised up as our next generation of Dutch Haven dogs. As much as we love all our pups, we aren't able to keep them all! So from time to time we offer purebred AKC Cocker Spaniel puppies to loving homes.
Purebred Cocker Spaniels are known for their merry disposition and are sweet, trusting, and playful. We expect our male dogs to mature around 25-30 pounds. They enjoy walks and are capable of surprising speed and endurance, but overall have a relatively low exercise need.
Lovely mama Amy has been a fantastic dog for us; has always gotten along well with every dog she's ever met, loves to sleep in the same bed as our cat, and is a huge favorite of our kids. Amy's girl puppy Sapphire is staying with us as a future breeding hopeful! But little (big!) brother Cinder is available!
Cinder is a handsome buff boy who has soulful Cocker eyes, an incredibly human-centric personality, and a little streak of mischief. Cinder has been raised in our home as a part of our family alongside our 5 children aged 6-15, and is comfortable being held, carried, and generally played with. We practice Early Neurological Stimulation and have provided Puppy Culture socialization throughout our time with him. Cinder will be crate trained and will have his first vaccines before he goes home to his forever family. He is a great traveler and loves to go for rides!
