Almost Home! 2/8/25

Daisy's pups all have found wonderful families and are a week away from going to their forever homes! They still have a few skills to learn as they wait. Learning to sit for supper, sleep in a crate, try on fun puppy hats and sweaters, and more training grooming sessions to keep them fluffy and cute! We are so proud of them and can't wait for them to take on their next adventure!

​Brave Explorers! 1/28/25

The pups have so much more energy now and are eager to seek out new things! They still love to nap and snuggle, which we are happy to assist with. We are loving coming up with new things to show the puppies- new sounds, new toys and rooms and new ways to move! Laundry baskets are a great way to travel!

Peeking out at the Chilly World! 1/6/25

Daisy's little puppies are growing beautifully and getting nice and plump on rich milk and thriving under her care. We spent most of Christmas vacation snuggling little warm puppies and watching them "swim" around as they learn to use their legs better! It's so fun to see their sweet little eyes as they first open. Little Clarice led the way opening her eyes first, just as she was the first into the world! She may be the only girl, but she is leading her brothers into all the new firsts! The boys are all so funny, and we are starting to see little glimpses into their different personalities as they become more active! Napping and eating are still their favorite pastimes for now.

​7 Adorable Christmas Movie pups! 12.21.24

Daisy's apricot puppies arrived on the shortest day of the year while we were watching one of our favorite classic Christmas movies, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! She is such a good momma, taking her time with each pup so there is plenty of time to get each puppy cleaned up, weighed, and fed! 12 hrs of labor later, well after the movie was done, all her precious pups were fed, dry and warm, and snuggled up with momma as she rested. The only girl arrived first and led the way for her 6 brothers!
We are so pleased to welcome Daisy's Classic Rudolph pups!

Having been Lab lovers for 50 years, our decision to have a small dog was not easy. Little did we know that Lucy would waltz into our lives and bring such joy, that it is difficult to imagine life without her.
