The pups turn 8 weeks tomorrow and will be headed to their forever homes. Of course, we need another photo shoot with these cuties before they go!!

Three Weeks, Saturday, August 12
The pups have opened their eyes and have begun to move about. Alert and eager to explore, the last thing on their mind was a photo shoot. Though they were quite wiggly, we were able to capture some pretty sweet moments. Families have been all lined up and visits will be in just a couple of weeks.

First Photo Shoot and One Week, Saturday, July 29
Bailey’s babies were impatient to be born and arrived a full week early (born Saturday, 7/22)—full of newborn wiggles, squeaks, and healthy appetites! They’ve had a peaceful and nourishing first week of life, steadily packing on the ounces of weight like it’s their job (which, of course, it is!). Bailey has been an excellent mama and has kept her babies well-fed and tidy. Several of us at Dutch Haven have been enjoying the BBC period drama Call the Midwife, so we decided to name these puppies after characters in the show. We have the lovable maintenance man Fred, the compassionate Dr. Turner, and three spunky and kindhearted midwives Jenny Lee, Chummy, and Trixie.
