Time for New Families! April 3
This was Nicole's first litter, and it was a great experience! These two pups are so stinking cute, I will miss their little teddy bear faces being part of our home! But it was really neat to send home pets that we have invested so much time and energy into. I really hope they are a blessing to their new families! Lacey seems unaffected by the absence; Daisy [Nicole's 1-year-old pup] keeps looking for them - lol - I think she really enjoyed having them around!
Sugarpie - now known as Lily to her family in Berwick, ME!
Honeybunch - now home with his new family in Westmoreland, NH!
Puppy Spa Day! March 22
Sugarpie
Honeybunch
Our puppies learn about all kinds of normal life experiences, including regular maintenance such as baths, nail clipping, "foot, face, and fanny" trims, brushing, and more. Being introduced to these experiences in a way that is non-threatening - even fun - establishes a great foundation for a lifetime of looking their best!
Getting so "grown up"! March 9
Sugarpie and Honeybunch get to meet their new families tomorrow! They will add this to their growing list of positive new life experiences! They're getting playful and interactive so the visits will be fun for them - and of course for their new families!
Three Weeks In! February 28
Sugarpie and Honeybunch are growing and learning so much! They get a new toy daily in their nest to play with and are learning to walk on all fours with little wobbly steps. They’re trying out new surfaces and listening to music and hearing loud, sudden sounds so they’ll be used to noises and be ready to take on this loud world with no fear! They still sleep a lot and are pretty adorable to watch and cuddle.
It's Twins! Monday, February 7
Lacey kept us on high alert for almost 24 hours as she gradually ramped up to welcome her babies into the world! Labor was long but delivery was fast, and these little pups were definitely worth the wait! Lacey is an experienced mama and is very relaxed about giving her babies plenty of TLC.
So close to Valentine's Day, Nicole couldn't resist naming these two for the 1965 hit song "I Can't Help Myself". Please welcome Sugarpie (female) and her brother Honeybunch!
