Eight Weeks Already?, March 23

The pups turned 8 weeks today!  I'm not sure where those 8 weeks went......but what I do know is these munchkins are a super loving and loved on group.  They have brought laughter, silliness, smiles, love and cuddles into our home and I am so pleased to know that as they head to their forever homes this weekend they are going to be ADORED by their new families.  The puppies can be sassy and spunky, full of life and love one minute and passed out and snuggling with us the next.  Drew has become quite attached to "da puppies".  :-)

Five Weeks & Visits This Weekend, March 2

The pups turned 5 weeks today!  The sun was shining so we opted for an outdoor shoot.....it was quite blustery - the pups were not sure what to think but they seemed to enjoy all the attention.  Drew and Reid assisted with holding the pups waiting for their shoot.  Families will be coming to meet their new fur family member this weekend, I am looking forward to meeting all our wonderful families.

Three Weeks, February 18

The pups turned 3 weeks on Thursday.  Their eyes are open, they have started finding their voices and are wobbling around the whelping box.  They still spend most of their days sleeping, eating and snuggling with momma.  They love to be held and have started licking our hands when we hold them and wagging their tails when I speak to them.  Cute, cute, CUTE!

Snow Day Snuggles, February 13

What's better on a cold and snowy day than snuggling with a puppy?  My little guy Drew loves the puppies and is constantly asking to pet and hold them - he is also an amazing little helper when I need an extra pair of hands.  I guess he and Syrah were a bit tired today.........oh my heart.

After making his Valentine's Day cards for classmates, Tyler got in on the snuggling action with Moscato. 

One Week, February 3

A week in and both the pups and momma have settled in nicely.  They are center of attention in our home.....with the whelping box right in our dining room.  Drew and Reid are constant "visitors" and love the "koot (cute) puppies".  This week Reid has made several attempts at crawling into the box through the doggie door, though his gleeful cooing gives him away.  :-)

Names Chosen, January 28

When selecting names for our pups I first try to think of a theme.  Madi, their momma, is from California - when thinking of California I thought of the beautiful wine vineyards and so..........

Welcome puppies, we've been waiting for you! January 26

Madi welcomed a beautiful litter of 6 CHUBBY apricot puppies (4 boys and 2 girls). Madi did an amazing job, with her biggest fan (her momma, Destiny) by her side for it all! The pups are settling in nicely - eating and snuggling. We will post individual puppy pics once the pups and momma have had time to settle in (approximately a week or so from birth).  Destiny will be in touch with families on our waitlist next week (January 31).
