As the only puppy around now, the adult dogs are very tolerant of Poky's antics and she just loves being with the big dogs! Of course, she can waltz through the dog gate any time she wants (and does, much to the envy of the other girls!)

Fan Favorite! Early February

My kids adore this puppy and I hear at least 8 times a day "Can I hold the little Poky puppy?!" Then there are those who don't even ask - they just crawl right in with the pup. She may not have any canine littermates, but she considers the kids part of her litter!

Stormy's Baby is Here! January 13

After a very short labor on Sunday morning, Stormy quickly welcomed her one and only baby from this litter into the world. The little female is black & white, came out squeaking (always good!), perfect size and weight, and is pretty much practically perfect in every way (if you ask her Mama anyways!) Stormy is inordinately proud of her little one (as she should be) and is being a wonderful, attentive mommy. The two of them are snuggled together in a small crate because our whelping box just seemed like a bit much for this little family :-).

We decided to name this little girl "Poky", from the story about the Poky Little Puppy (to join with Maisy's litter name-theme).
